Okay, I’ll grant that Myers may paint too rosy a picture about what repairs will cost and what the IRS says about taxes. However, in my opinion, it is the most helpful and practical guide I’ve read about picking up fixer-uppers, rehabbing them, and then selling them for profit. For anyone with some extra money in this bottomed-out economy, now could be the perfect time to pick up this book, study it thoroughly, then begin an all-out search for the lowest priced fixer uppers on the market with potential. After rehabbing, you could sell them cheap and still make a profit. I highly recommend this book. I only wish I had the money to do what I just suggested. Good luck.
